Aditi Zoo

Aditi really wants a sibling. She asks her parents for one. While her mother smiles, her father resolves the situation with a clever deflection – he asks Aditi to get a dog first. Aditi doesn’t think much of the task and gets a dog.

After a few months, she goes back to her parents and asks for a sibling, again. This time, Aditi’s father asks her to get a goat. And then an elephant. Does Aditi rise to the occasion?

This book is written in simple sentences and easy language. It is perfect for storytelling and lends to great actions and sounds. Our favorite activity is to recreate the sound of Aditi’s zoo with a group of children! Try adding a few more animals to it yourself. 🙂
