Description

When his father falls sick, Gopu knows exactly what will help: a bowl of his mother’s comforting machher jhol (fish curry – in Bengali).

Gopu single-handedly embarks on a journey towards his Dida’s (grandmother) home. He steps outside carefully, counting each step, smelling the scents, and listening to the bustle of the city: all his senses heightened and working in unison to help him reach his destination.
